• Prep Your Lashes: Begin with clean and dry eyelashes, free from any makeup or residue.
• Turn on the Curler: Press and hold the power button to turn on the curler. Wait for it to heat up to the desired temperature.
• Position the Curler: Gently place the heated curler at the base of your eyelashes, positioning it close to the lash line without touching your skin.
• Curl Your Lashes: Hold the curler in place for a few seconds, then gently lift and curl your lashes upwards towards your eyelids. Avoid pulling or tugging on your lashes.

Return Conditions

- You may return the product within 7 days of receiving it.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All accessories and components included in the original package must be returned.
- Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.
3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please note that the cost of return shipping will not be covered by us.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.
